Who can enter: The drawing is open
to U.S. residents, above the age of majority in their
state of residence. The drawing is void where prohibited.
Employees or agents of Pacific Amphitheatre or any
of its affiliate organizations, including without limitation,
advertising and promotional agencies, including any
such employees’ or agents’ immediate family
members or household members, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: Any qualified person
can enter the drawing which will be conducted in July 2010. All qualified entries
will be treated equally. All information provided to
Pacific Amphitheatre in connection with this drawing
shall be treated by Pacific Amphitheatre in accordance
with Pacific Amphitheatre’s privacy policy,
and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Pacific
Amphitheatre
Entry Limits: Entrance is limited
to one entry per email address. All Entrants must provide
accurate e-mail address to be eligible to win the drawing.
By entering the drawing all Entrants acknowledge compliance
with these Official Rules and Regulations, as posted,
and all eligibility requirements. The “authorized
account holder” is the natural person assigned
an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online
service provider or other organization responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated
with the submitted address. Potential winners may be
required to show proof of being the authorized account
holder. Neither Pacific Amphitheatre nor any of its
affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete,
or incorrect entry of information. This includes, but
is not limited to, human error, lost data transmission
or any other technical errors including line failures
of any telephone, computer or networking equipment
or any software. Any entries found to be tampered with
or altered in any way will be void. Pacific Amphitheatre
reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule the drawing
at any time if the technical transmissions become corrupted
or interrupted.
Selection of Winner: The drawing winner will be chosen by a random
drawing from all eligible entries, winner will be notified via email/ phone 2 days prior to the show. The Winner will be notified via the submitted
email address and will have 2 days from the date they
are notified to redeem the prize. Failure to respond
within 2 days of notification will result in the disqualification
of the Winner and the selection of an alternate Winner.
Should the alternate Winner fail to respond or choose
not to accept the prize, the prize will be returned
to inventory and the drawing will be discontinued.
The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible
entries for the drawing received.
The Prize: The prize will be 2 tickets
to see a concert at the Pacific Amphitheatre @ the Orange
County Fair.. The Winner may select one person to use
the 2nd ticket. Each Winner's right to
their prize is nontransferable and nonsaleable. Once
issued, tickets are non-changeable and have no cash
value. NO TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED FOR THIS
CONTEST. IF CHOSEN, THE WINNER WILL FIND HIS / HER
OWN MEANS OF TRANSPORTION TO THE SHOW
General rules: By participating in
the drawing, each Entrant agrees to release and hold
Pacific Amphitheatre/ OC Fair, and its employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, agents and representatives
harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights,
claims and actions of any kind in connection with the
drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or
use of any prize, including without limitation, personal
injury, death and property damage, and claims based
on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Each Winner agrees, as a precondition for the receipt
of any prize, to execute all releases and other documentation
reasonably requested by Pacific Amphitheatre.
Each Winner may be required to sign and return a release
of liability, declaration of eligibility, and, where
lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10
days of acknowledged notification.
If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running
as planned, including without limitation, due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond
the control of Pacific Amphitheatre which corrupt the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the drawing, Pacific Amphitheatre reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the drawing.
